Air Fryer Cranberry Brie Bites on a Festive Platter

These Air Fryer Cranberry Brie Bites are a quick and easy appetizer perfect for holiday gatherings. The flaky puff pastry, creamy brie, and sweet cranberry sauce create a burst of flavor in every bite!

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unfold the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into 24 equal squares.
  4. Press each square into mini muffin tin or leave on a flat surface.
  5. Place a cube of brie cheese in the center of each square.
  6. Top the brie with about 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  7. Brush the edges of the puff pastry with melted butter.
  8. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the brie is melted.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped nuts, if desired.

Notes

Serve warm for the best flavor and texture. These bites are also delicious with a drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze.
