  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced (such as Honeycrisp or Gala)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional: chopped walnuts or pecans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unfold the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into 12 equal squares.
  4. Place the puff pastry squares onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush each square with melted butter.
  6. Top each square with a slice of brie cheese and a few slices of apple.
  7. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the brie is melted and bubbly.
