  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped (or more bacon crumbles for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
