Baked Caesar Chicken with Creamy Parmesan Sauce

Enjoy tender baked chicken breasts smothered in a rich and creamy Parmesan Caesar sauce, perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan, heavy cream, and minced garlic until well combined.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and pour the creamy Caesar Parmesan sauce evenly over them.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and slightly golden on top.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  7. Serve warm with your choice of side dishes like steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.

Notes

For an extra crispy topping, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
