BBQ Chicken and Coleslaw Wraps

These BBQ Chicken and Coleslaw Wraps combine tender, smoky chicken with crisp, tangy coleslaw for a delicious and easy-to-make meal perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to create the coleslaw.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and place a quarter of the BBQ chicken mixture in the center.
  4. Top with a generous spoonful of coleslaw.
  5. Optionally sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
  7. Repeat with remaining tortillas and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

For extra flavor, grill the wraps briefly on a panini press or skillet to warm and slightly crisp the outside before serving.
