These no-bake Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Bites are a healthy and delicious snack packed with protein and bursting with fresh blueberry flavor. They’re perfect for a post-workout treat or a quick energy boost!

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and honey.
  3. Add the cream cheese mixture to the oat mixture. Pour in the milk and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything is combined.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  5. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  6. Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
