Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to mix until fully incorporated and creamy.
  3. Transfer the peanut butter mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour to set before serving.

Notes

For a fun twist, sprinkle chopped peanuts on top before the chocolate sets or try white chocolate for the topping.
