This buffalo chicken salad blends spicy, tangy buffalo chicken with fresh greens and crunchy vegetables for a flavorful, protein-packed meal that’s perfect for lunch or dinner.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tablespoons ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce until evenly coated.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, celery, carrots, and red onion.
  3. Add the buffalo chicken on top of the salad.
  4. Sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles over the salad.
  5. Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing over the top.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then toss gently before serving.

Notes
