These Bundt Pan Nachos are a fun and festive way to enjoy a classic snack! Layered with all your favorite toppings, they’re perfect for parties or game day.

  • 1 (10-ounce) bag tortilla chips
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can refried beans, warmed
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar cheese dip
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Sour cream, for serving (optional)
  • Guacamole, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Arrange a layer of tortilla chips in the bottom of the pan.
  4. Top with half of the ground beef, refried beans, and cheese dip.
  5. Sprinkle with half of the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  6. Repeat layers: tortilla chips, remaining ground beef, refried beans, cheese dip, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  9. Invert the Bundt pan onto a large serving platter.
  10. Top with jalapeños, tomatoes, and green onions.
  11. Serve immediately with sour cream and guacamole, if desired.

Notes

For spicier nachos, use pepper jack cheese or add a dash of hot sauce to the ground beef.
