Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (optional step if you prefer a crispy exterior).
  3. Add kielbasa pieces to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally to brown all sides.
  4. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the kielbasa pieces and stir to coat evenly.
