Cantaloupe Prosciutto Skewers on a Platter

These Cantaloupe Prosciutto Skewers are the perfect balance of sweet and savory. A quick and elegant appetizer that’s perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cantaloupe, seeded and cubed
  • 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the cantaloupe into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Fold or roll each slice of prosciutto into a small bundle.
  3. Thread a cantaloupe cube, a prosciutto bundle, and a basil leaf onto a skewer. Repeat until the skewer is full.
  4. Arrange the skewers on a platter.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra touch, try adding a small mozzarella ball to each skewer.
