This Caramel Apple Sangria is the perfect fall cocktail! Sweet apples, caramel vodka, and white wine combine for a festive and delicious drink.

  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio
  • 1 cup caramel vodka
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 apples, cored and sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, caramel vodka, apple cider, and caramel sauce. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add the sliced apples and cinnamon stick to the pitcher.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Before serving, stir the sangria well.
  5. Fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the ice.
  6. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a sweeter sangria, use a sweeter white wine, such as Riesling. You can also add a splash of ginger ale or club soda for some fizz.
