Mouthwatering Cheddar Ranch Cheeseball

This Cheddar Ranch Cheeseball is an easy and flavorful appetizer perfect for parties and gatherings. Creamy, cheesy, and packed with ranch flavor, it’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, for coating

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in the bacon, green onions, and ranch dressing mix.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Place the chopped pecans on a plate.
  5. Remove the cheese mixture from the refrigerator and form it into a ball.
  6. Roll the cheeseball in the chopped pecans, coating it evenly.
  7. Wrap the cheeseball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or pretzels.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
