This Cheesy Rotel Ranch Queso is a creamy, flavorful dip blending melted cheeses, spicy Rotel tomatoes, and zesty ranch seasoning—perfect for any party or game day snack.

  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the cream cheese and milk, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses until fully melted.
  4. Mix in the drained Rotel tomatoes and ranch seasoning until combined and heated through.
  5. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
  6. Garnish with sliced jalapeños if desired and serve warm with tortilla chips.
