Delicious Cheesy Veggie Crescent Bites

These Cheesy Veggie Crescent Bites are a simple and delicious appetizer or snack! Flaky crescent roll dough is filled with a savory mixture of cheese and colorful vegetables, then baked until golden brown.

  • 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Spoon a small amount of the cheese and vegetable mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point.
  6. Place the crescent bites onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
