Chicken Bacon Wrap

A delicious and satisfying Chicken Bacon Wrap featuring juicy grilled chicken and crispy bacon wrapped in a soft tortilla, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon slices until crispy, then set aside on paper towels to drain.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  3. Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
  4. Lay tortillas flat and spread mayonnaise evenly on each.
  5. Distribute sliced chicken, crispy bacon, shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and cheddar cheese onto the tortillas.
  6. Roll up each tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
  7. If desired, place wraps back in the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side to warm and slightly crisp the tortilla.
  8. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or swap mayonnaise with ranch dressing. Serve with a side of fresh fruit or sweet potato fries.
