Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

This Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole combines tender chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese in a creamy, baked dish perfect for an easy and comforting dinner.

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups cooked penne pasta
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, and cooked pasta.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, add chopped fresh parsley or serve with a crisp green salad on the side.
