This refreshing Chicken Salad Chick Grape Salad combines sweet grapes, crunchy pecans, and creamy dressing for a delicious side or light meal perfect for any occasion.

  • 3 cups red seedless grapes, halved
  • 3 cups green seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the halved red and green grapes.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the grapes and stir gently until all grapes are coated.
  4. Fold in the chopped pecans, reserving a small handful for garnish.
  5. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and sprinkle remaining pecans on top.
  6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
