Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Ball on a Platter

This Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Ball is a no-bake dessert perfect for parties! Creamy and sweet, it’s rolled in mini chocolate chips for a decadent treat.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, plus more for coating
  • Graham crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
  3. Stir in the 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
  5. Place remaining mini chocolate chips in a shallow dish.
  6. Remove the cheesecake mixture from the refrigerator and form into a ball.
  7. Roll the cheesecake ball in the mini chocolate chips until completely coated.
  8. Serve immediately with graham crackers or return to the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle the cheesecake ball with melted chocolate before serving.
