Christmas Cool Whip Candy

This Christmas Cool Whip Candy is a creamy, festive treat combining fluffy Cool Whip with white chocolate and peppermint for a delightful holiday indulgence.

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, gently fold the Cool Whip with vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Mix the melted white chocolate into the Cool Whip mixture until well combined.
  5. Fold in half of the crushed peppermint candies.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining crushed peppermint candies on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
  9. Cut into bite-sized squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For an extra festive touch, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top before refrigerating.
