  • 1 cup half-and-half or heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the unbaked pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges. Set aside.
