Ingredients

  • Assorted Cheeses (cheddar, brie, gouda, etc.)
  • Cured Meats (salami, prosciutto, pepperoni)
  • Crackers (various shapes and flavors)
  • Fresh Fruits (grapes, berries, pomegranate seeds)
  • Vegetables (cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, olives)
  • Nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
  • Star-shaped Cookie Cutter (optional)
  • Small Bowl or Star for Tree Topper

Instructions

  1. Choose a large serving board or platter.
  2. Start by placing a small bowl or star-shaped item at the top center of the board to act as the tree topper.
  3. Arrange the rosemary sprigs in a triangular shape around the bowl, forming the outline of the Christmas tree.
  4. Begin layering the cheeses and meats in rows, following the shape of the tree. Alternate colors and textures for visual appeal.
  5. Fill in the gaps with crackers, fruits, vegetables, and nuts.
  6. Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to create star-shaped cheese or fruit pieces to decorate the board (optional).
  7. Continue layering and arranging until the tree is full and visually appealing.
