Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, walnuts, or almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Additional chopped nuts for coating
  • Crackers or vegetables, for serving

Instructions

  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Place the mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and form it into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
