  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (mini or regular)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt (if using), and salt in a jar or container.
  2. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are combined.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Cover the jar or container and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  5. In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  6. Enjoy cold straight from the jar!

Notes

For a thicker consistency, use less milk. Top with extra chocolate chips or a drizzle of maple syrup for added sweetness.
