  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just blended.
  6. Fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips evenly.
  7. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared skillet.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving warm directly from the skillet.
