  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 pound lump crab meat, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce (if using).
  4. Gently fold in crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a cheesy twist, sprinkle shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese on top before baking. Serve warm with crackers, baguette slices, vegetables, or tortilla chips.
