This Cranberry Brie Flatbread combines creamy brie cheese with tart cranberries on a crisp flatbread, offering a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors ideal for a quick appetizer or light meal.

  • 1 pre-made flatbread (8-10 inches)
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or canned cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Arrange Brie slices evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Scatter cranberries and chopped walnuts on top.
  5. Drizzle honey over the flatbread and sprinkle with thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the Brie is melted and the flatbread is crispy.
  7. Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a handful of arugula on top after baking or substitute walnuts with pecans for a different crunch.
