This vibrant Cranberry Jalapeño Dip blends sweet-tart cranberries with a spicy kick of jalapeño, creating a perfect appetizer for any gathering. It’s easy to make and bursting with flavor.

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the fresh cranberries, chopped jalapeño, cream cheese, sour cream, honey, and lime juice.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is smooth but still slightly textured.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
  6. Serve chilled with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes
