  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • Optional: Jalapeño slices, finely diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, and everything bagel seasoning. If using, add the optional diced jalapeños.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortillas.
  4. Stack the tortillas on top of each other.
  5. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the stacked tortillas into bite-sized wedges.
  6. Arrange the wedges on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
