Creamy Chicken Roll-Ups Display

These Creamy Chicken Roll-Ups are an easy and delicious dinner that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Tender chicken and a creamy filling are rolled up in tortillas and baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, green onions, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture onto each chicken breast.
  5. Roll up each chicken breast tightly and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Wrap each chicken roll in a tortilla.
  7. Sprinkle the roll-ups with the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side salad or your favorite vegetables for a complete meal. You can also add a can of diced tomatoes to the cream cheese mixture for extra flavor.
