  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the deviled mixture.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the coated chicken thighs.
  5. Place chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
