Flourless Greek Yogurt Brownies

Deliciously rich and fudgy flourless brownies made with creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for a healthy and gluten-free dessert option.

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, sift together cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
