Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (8 ounce) wheel of brie cheese
  • Optional: honey, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough.
  4. Cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips.
  5. Take one strip and wrap it around the brie wheel, gently tucking the end underneath. Repeat with the remaining strips, overlapping each strip to form a wreath shape around the brie.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the brie is soft and melted.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with honey, if desired.

Notes

For an extra touch, add some chopped rosemary or thyme to the garlic butter mixture. Serve immediately while the brie is warm and gooey.
