  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush chicken breasts with melted butter on both sides.
  4. Press each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
