These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are a quick and easy dinner that’s packed with flavor! Tender chicken is marinated in a garlic parmesan sauce and grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together Parmesan cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers.
  5. Grill the chicken skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
  6. Remove from grill and garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve immediately.

Serve these skewers with a side of rice, pasta, or a fresh salad for a complete meal. You can also add vegetables like bell peppers and onions to the skewers.
