Gluten-Free Greek Yogurt Bagels

Freshly baked gluten-free Greek yogurt bagels on white plate

These Gluten-Free Greek Yogurt Bagels are soft, chewy, and easy to make, offering a healthy twist on the classic bagel with protein-packed Greek yogurt and no gluten.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each one into a ball.
  5. Gently poke a hole through the center of each ball and shape it into a bagel form.
  6. Place the shaped bagels on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with your choice of toppings.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the bagels are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try brushing the bagels with a little olive oil before baking or serve with cream cheese and smoked salmon.
