This Greek Yogurt Parfait is a quick and easy breakfast or snack. It’s packed with protein and customizable with your favorite fruits, granola, and toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup Granola
  • 1/2 cup Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Layer Greek yogurt, granola, and berries in a glass or bowl.
  2. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  3. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chia seeds, if desired.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat Greek yogurt. You can also add a dollop of peanut butter or almond butter for extra protein and healthy fats.
