Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears of corn, husks removed
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Blue cheese crumbles or ranch dressing, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the buffalo wing sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  3. Brush the corn generously with the buffalo sauce mixture.
  4. Grill the corn for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately. Top with blue cheese crumbles or ranch dressing, if desired.

Notes

For a milder flavor, use a mild buffalo wing sauce or reduce the amount of cayenne pepper. You can also grill the corn with the husks on for a smoky flavor, just soak the husks in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
