Instant Noodles with Egg Butter Garlic

A quick and flavorful twist on instant noodles, enhanced with rich butter, aromatic garlic, and a perfectly cooked egg for a comforting meal.

  • 1 pack instant noodles
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the instant noodles in water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Push the garlic to the side and crack the egg into the skillet, cooking it sunny side up or as desired.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss with garlic butter until well coated.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired, with the egg on top.

Notes

For an extra spicy kick, add a dash of chili flakes or a drizzle of hot sauce when tossing the noodles.
