  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg white, almond flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese if using for extra flavor and crispiness.
  4. Using a spoon, spread small, thin rounds of the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges turn golden brown and the chips are crisp.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet to crisp up further.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
