Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

This bright and zesty lemon vinaigrette is the perfect dressing for salads, grilled vegetables, or as a marinade. It’s quick to make and adds a delicious burst of flavor to any dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk until all ingredients are well combined and emulsified.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more honey for sweetness or lemon juice for tanginess.

Notes

Store leftover vinaigrette in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake well before using, as the oil may separate.
