These Loaded Cream Cheese Halloween Brownies are fudgy, rich, and topped with a spooky swirl of cream cheese and festive Halloween candies. They’re the perfect treat to celebrate the season!

  • 1 box (13×9 size) brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on the box
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Orange food coloring (gel or liquid)
  • Halloween sprinkles
  • Candy eyeballs
  • Other Halloween candies of your choice (e.g., gummy worms, chocolate chips)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Divide the cream cheese mixture in half. Add orange food coloring to one half and mix well.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the plain cream cheese mixture and orange cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
  6. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the cream cheese mixtures together.
  7. Bake for the time recommended on the brownie box instructions, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
  9. Decorate with Halloween sprinkles, candy eyeballs, and other Halloween candies.

Notes

For an extra festive touch, melt some white chocolate and drizzle it over the brownies before adding the Halloween candies.
