  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, 1/2 cup mozzarella, parmesan, almond flour, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the meat mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until fully cooked and slightly browned.
  5. Remove crust from oven, spread sugar-free pizza sauce evenly over it.
  6. Top with pepperoni, crumbled sausage, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle red pepper flakes or fresh basil on top before serving.
