Luxe Cranberry Tiramisu

Elevate your dessert game with this Luxe Cranberry Tiramisu! Layers of ladyfingers soaked in coffee liqueur, creamy mascarpone, and tangy cranberry sauce create a truly unforgettable treat.

  • 1 package (3 ounces) ladyfingers, split
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua)
  • 16 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (12-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, for garnish
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, combine cooled coffee and coffee liqueur. Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the coffee mixture and arrange in a single layer in the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture evenly over the ladyfingers.
  4. Spoon half of the cranberry sauce over the mascarpone layer.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and cranberry sauce.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with dried cranberries.

Notes

For an extra festive touch, sprinkle some orange zest over the tiramisu before serving.
