  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatloaf muffins are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a sweet and tangy glaze, brush the tops of the meatloaf muffins with extra ketchup during the last 5 minutes of baking.
