Mint Oreo Brownies

Delight in fudgy brownies layered with crushed mint Oreos for a refreshing twist on a classic dessert. These Mint Oreo Brownies are rich, chocolaty, and perfectly minty.

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup crushed Mint Oreos (about 15 cookies)
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat; remove from heat.
  3. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the crushed Mint Oreos and chocolate chips if using.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  9. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For an extra minty flavor, drizzle with mint chocolate ganache or top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
