Delicious No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

This No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie is a decadent and easy dessert that requires no oven! A creamy peanut butter filling sits atop a chocolate cookie crust, finished with a rich chocolate ganache.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs (about 24 cookies)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter filling and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips for the ganache. Garnish with chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings before serving.
