No Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bars

These No Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bars combine crunchy pretzels with creamy salted caramel for an irresistible sweet and salty treat that requires no oven time.

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt, plus extra for sprinkling
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
  2. In a large bowl, combine crushed pretzels, rolled oats, melted butter, brown sugar, honey, and 1/2 tsp sea salt. Mix until evenly combined.
  3. Press half of the pretzel mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Spread the caramel sauce evenly over the pressed crust layer.
  5. Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over the caramel layer.
  6. Press the remaining pretzel mixture over the top, gently pressing down to form a firm top crust.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top for extra flavor.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Use the parchment paper overhang to lift bars out of the pan and cut into squares.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top before chilling or swap honey with maple syrup for a different sweetness.
