Peanut Butter Balls with Rice Krispies

Delightfully crunchy and creamy peanut butter balls combined with crispy Rice Krispies, perfect as a no-bake snack or dessert for any occasion.

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal (and mini chocolate chips if using) until evenly coated.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the peanut butter balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle melted chocolate over the balls before chilling, or roll them in crushed nuts for added texture.
