Peppermint Cool Whip Candy

Peppermint Cool Whip Candy is a light, refreshing holiday treat featuring fluffy Cool Whip blended with peppermint flavor and white chocolate. Perfect for easy no-bake snacking or gifting.

  • 1 cup Cool Whip whipped topping
  • 8 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candy canes
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, fold together the Cool Whip, peppermint extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the Cool Whip mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour half of the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle half of the crushed peppermint candy canes over the layer.
  7. Pour the remaining mixture over the candies and spread smoothly.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining crushed candy canes on top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  10. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For an extra festive look, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top before chilling.
